Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are in need of a return or exchange, we want to make that process as easy as possible. Just let us know within 30 days of ordering your gear.

Returns: If you are in need of a return, we will provide a ready-made return label to ship your items back at no additional cost to you.

Items must be in new, original condition in order to qualify for a refund. Once we receive those items, the refund will be processed for the purchase value of the items returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund outgoing freight incurred by either customer or MuttRuk from the original order. Outgoing shipping cost from the original order will be deducted from the total refund.

For international returns, customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways due to higher shipping cost that are out of our control.

Exchanges: If you are in need of an exchange, we will provide a ready-made return label to ship your items back. Items must be in new, original condition in order to qualify for an exchange. Once we receive those items, your desired order will be confirmed via invoice with any difference in cost and the cost of shipping incurred during the exchange process.

We believe in our products and offer a warranty against defect.

MuttRuk offers a one-year warranty on any manufacturer or material defect. Contact us directly at gretchen@muttruk.com if you have a material or manufacturer defect. We don't want our gear in landfills. At our discretion, we will work to repair your gear if at all possible and will offer a replacement when needed.

We unfortunately cannot cover damage caused by wear and tear, but will offer consultation on if a repair by our team is possible. Contact us directly at gretchen@muttruk.com.
