Shipping Policy

MuttRuk offers free domestic shipping to all 50 US states on any order of $75 or more! Standard free shipping is provided through USPS and UPS. Express options are also available at an additional shipping cost.

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver due to wrong address or change of address without notifying us, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, keep an eye out!

MuttRuk is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If you are concerned about this possibility, we encourage you to choose a shipping option that includes insurance. 

Transit Time

Once we receive your order, we personally handle fulfillment and will begin packaging your order for shipment! Orders typically enter shipment within 48 hours, or the next operational business day when placed on weekends or holidays. International orders may take an extra day to ship. 

Please allow an additional 24 hours for your tracking number to start reflecting shipment. Priority shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days, while ground and first class shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. 

There are different international shipping options available, taking anywhere from a one week up to 14+ days. Country specific timing info is available at check out per shipping option. Duration depends on mail service selected and local customs.

International Shipping

For international packages, the shipping method we currently offer is USPS transferred to your local postal provider (it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if tracking information is available to their international destination) or DHL International. 

International customers are responsible for any import tax, VAT or import duties on international orders. You may be charged these fees at the time of delivery. Typically, your local customs authorities will contact you asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery. If you choose to refuse the shipment, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your product return credit.
